The 33 Series

Where this list comes from

The list on this page comes from an April 2026 internal W3 printout — a PDF, an internal document, not a Wyoming Secretary of State filing. That matters. The printout names 33 sub-series, numbered Series 1 through Series 33, and it is the source quoted to lawyers, banks, and investors. It proves that 33 names were listed internally in April 2026. It proves nothing else: it is not a filing, it does not create a legal series, it does not show a bank account, an EIN, intellectual property, or a Steward Council for any series, and no series on this page is presented as formed, funded, or offered.

Each series below carries the same status: intended / planned — not formed, funded, or offered. The one-line descriptions are given only where a verified description is on file. Where no verified description is on file, the table says so in exactly those words — no description is invented to fill the gap, and a name alone is never treated as a description of what the series does.

That is also why the table below is numbered 1 to 33 with no gaps and no extras: thirty-three named sub-series, Series 1–33, contiguous, exactly as listed in the April 2026 internal printout.

The 33 series

A note on Series 20: the table gives its verified description as "Compliance" and nothing more. No expansion of the CMMC acronym is on file, so none is given here. A name that looks like an acronym is not an invitation to expand it.

A note on Series 10, SmartCiti.X: it is listed here as a series like the other thirty-two, and its verified description records that it is a proposed corporation — robotics training, union trades AR/VR, robotics manufacturing, Louisiana + Indiana sites. Proposed is the operative word: it is not incorporated, not funded, and not offered, and no site, city, address, price, seller, union, or customer is named for it here, because none is on file for this page. The SmartCiti.X corporation proposal is set out in the corporate paperwork; this table records only the series listing and the verified description.

Biota — a world with no series number

Biota.blockchain is an anchored metaverse world with no series number in the April 2026 internal W3 list. It does not appear among Series 1–33, and no number is assigned to it here. That gap is recorded rather than filled: an anchored world exists, and the list that names the 33 series does not number it. Whether Biota belongs to a series, or should be given one, is not decided on this page.

Intake — how a project becomes a series

One project becomes one series, and one series belongs to one master. That is the intake rule: one project = one series = one master. The master for the W3 series is W3 LLC, Wyoming — intended, not verified as filed. The master for the Delaware cohort series has a name that is to be chosen — intended, not yet named. Until a master is named and filed, its series have no legal home, and no intake is complete.

The intake checklist, summarized, runs in this order:

1. Proposal — the project is proposed, in writing, as a candidate series.
2. Foundation mission-fit review — the Foundation reviews the proposal for fit with the mission and its standards.
3. Legal assignment — the project is assigned, legally, to its master.
4. Series designation — the series is designated under its master, in the master's legal form.
5. DAO charter — the series DAO receives its charter, setting out what the DAO may discuss, propose, and recommend — and what it may not decide.
6. Steward Council — 3 consenting humans, holding keys, are seated as the series' Steward Council.
7. Legal manager / signer — a legal manager and signer are named for the series.
8. Segregated bank / books — segregated bank accounts and books are set up for the series, separate from every other series.
9. IP — the series' intellectual property position is settled.
10. Funding gate — the series passes its funding gate, under the studio's stage gates.

No step is skipped, and no series is presented as intaked until the checklist is complete. In particular, a series with no seated Steward Council cannot move funds or enact charter changes, and under the studio's gates it is capped at Gate 1 — see The Venture Studio.

What is still unknown

• Whether W3 LLC or the Delaware cohort master will be filed, and in what final form. Unverified — no filing is on record for either.
• The name of the Delaware cohort master. To be chosen.
• A verified description for 23 of the 33 series. None is on file — the table says so for each one.
• How the "35 cells", "66-W3", and "34 worlds" figures relate to the 33-name list. Unknown — flagged as conflicting figures.
• Which series, if any, Biota.blockchain belongs to. Unknown — it has no series number in the list.
• Whether any series has completed intake. No completed intake is recorded here, and no series is presented as formed, funded, or offered.
